YES! It looks like I'll be running Cascade Crest 100M this year!

Not sure about the rest of the year, but the first half is looking fun!

Beyond this, I'm currently in the lottery for Cascade Crest 100M, which is in July. I think the lottery drawing is pretty soon, so 🤞. If that doesn't work out, I'm considering Crazy Mountain 100M in Montana.

In April, I plan to run the Gorge Waterfalls 100K. This is a Western States qualifier and I'm really hoping to get a lottery ticket. I know the math for the lottery isn't in my favor, so getting a ticket every year counts.

Also useful is to then ask Composer to run the app so that it can monitor logs and output.

Any other Cursor users out there? Any tips or tricks you've used to make it more effective?

One thing I've done is create a info.txt file in the root of my project where I put key information that I want the Composer to "remember" in future conversations.

I've been running in the Nike Alpha Fly 3 for awhile now, and it's the most amazing shoe I've ever run in. I'm absolutely in love. Almost no plantar fasciitis pain and it just feels awesome.

Thank you! I thought it a fun idea, and I learned a bit about Puppeteer and DO along the way! I also plan to run that second race this year too, so it has helped me plan!

I'm sure there will be some rough edges. If you try it and like it, but hit an issues, please file an issue and I'll take a look!

In fact, I'm planning to write up a tutorial on building web scrapers with Puppeteer + Docker + DO App Platform. It's a neat and fun use case that I think folks will enjoy.

🔧 Built with Node.js + Puppeteer for web scraping, containerized with Docker, and deployed to @digitalocean.com App Platform. Really nice example of running headless Chrome in a containerized environment.

I work full-time, have three busy kids, and train as a runner. I'm not sure I'll have the time to try coaching for quite some time, but I'd eventually like to give it a go.

I started the program largely as a way to learn and become a more knowledgable running. I know it's helped, even as I started working with a coach myself.

thank you!

what i’ve heard from folks like David Roche is that super shoes can reduced mechanical load and potentially let you recover faster. also that they’re fun to run in.

i’m going to try the Alpha Fly 3 for my road and the Terrex Agravic Speed for trail runs.
