Also useful is to then ask Composer to run the app so that it can monitor logs and output.

absolutely love using Cursor AI's Composer to run tests, evaluate the output, and then propose fixes. It's such a great workflow.

And no, typically I've broken something. This initial success was not the norm. 😂

Laying bricks in 2025!

Got up early and got my HIIT ride, easy run, and sauna all done before 7am. It feels good.

And yes, six weeks until Fort Ebey! 💥

I've been slowly working on completing the Ultrarunning Coach Certification from UESCA for nearly a year. Today, I took the final exam and passed. 🙌

While my body is beat up and sore, my soul is refreshed to see Lady Liberty casting light out into the darkness.

A lovely start to the day! I ran with a colleague who’s super fast. He runs a 4:50 mile pace. But he was willing to slow down and run at my pace today (although he pushed me to go faster than I would have).

I love running along the Hudson! ❤️

It was a wet one! In fact, hailed on me at one point when it unloaded. I secretly love it, as I feel hard core. Need a better rain jacket.

I did two laps and had a pit stop at home.

Quite pleased. Of course, I still have my strength set to do, dreading that a bit.

Enjoyed todays dreadmill run. What’s up with that? Ha!

Started at 8% incline and after five minutes dropped to 3% at a 9:30 pace, and got progressively faster.

Ending with heat and a plunge.

Let’s go! 🤘

I don’t know why, but I’m excited to see this match.

I remember playing Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out growing up. I even remember the controller code to skip all the way to the end.

While I haven’t watched much of the pre-game nonsense, I sure do feel Mike has shown more grace than Jake Paul.

Go, Mike!

I’ll admit the rain and darkness caused me to seek the dreadmill tonight. Nevertheless, quite a happy with the 2x 20 min steady state intervals. Hard, but manageable. #running #ultrarunning #training

I’m quite proud to have earned more confidence from (virtual) Coach Greg! I just transitioned into the purple confidence zone. 💪🏃

A gorgeous day in the PNW for running in the woods.

Training continues to go well. Today was a nice and easy recovery run.
