I'm so excited about this years racing season!
My first race is Fort Ebey Kettles Run in Feb. It's a 26 mile trail run I'll use to get some volume and have fun.
Then it's the Badger Mountain 55k in Mar. This is another build leading up to my first "A" race.

absolutely love using Cursor AI's Composer to run tests, evaluate the output, and then propose fixes. It's such a great workflow.
And no, typically I've broken something. This initial success was not the norm. 😂

I absolutely love writing code and build apps with Cursor. It's incredible how advanced the Composer has become. It not only has the ability to not only make changes but execute commands has guardrails. It's like pairing with a dev who's smarter and more experienced than me.

I’ve been reading & hearing about super shoes and the benefit they bring for #training. As I start to come back from this foot and hip injury, I’m interested in getting some super shoes to reduce the impact of #running.
Any recommendations? I’d love to find something that doesn’t break the bank.

Is anyone an active Zwift rider (or runner)?
I've got 2 running injuries, so I've jumped fully into Zwift riding. Did my first ride yesterday. It was fun, but I need a better setup. It was tough to track everything happening in Zwift off my phone.
Any suggestions for a good and cheap tablet?

A lovely start to the day! I ran with a colleague who’s super fast. He runs a 4:50 mile pace. But he was willing to slow down and run at my pace today (although he pushed me to go faster than I would have).

It was a wet one! In fact, hailed on me at one point when it unloaded. I secretly love it, as I feel hard core. Need a better rain jacket.
I did two laps and had a pit stop at home.
Quite pleased. Of course, I still have my strength set to do, dreading that a bit.

Hey #running and #trailrunning community, I’m in the market for a new rain jacket for wet runs. It’s time. Living in the PNW, I’d like something that keeps me dry but breathes well to regulate temperature. It doesn’t get too cold here, so I don’t want a jacket that runs warm.

I remember playing Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out growing up. I even remember the controller code to skip all the way to the end.
While I haven’t watched much of the pre-game nonsense, I sure do feel Mike has shown more grace than Jake Paul.

I’ll admit the rain and darkness caused me to seek the dreadmill tonight. Nevertheless, quite a happy with the 2x 20 min steady state intervals. Hard, but manageable. #running #ultrarunning #training
