lol. i guess my worry is that more and more sites are going to rather play it safe than sorry if they have even a small percentage of content that could break age restriction laws, and require users to upload ID.

iirc they require you to make an online account but it's free and you don't need to prove who you are. now i'm worried you'll have to prove your age via IDing yourself though

People without homes have the same legal rights as anyone else in this country. They are protected from unlawful search and seizure by the government. Their property cannot be taken without due process. They have the right to travel, the right to choose which jurisdiction to live in.

The federal government does not have legal authority to disappear large groups of people because they cannot afford housing or because they are visibly homeless. They do not have the authority to force people to move out of the state or city they live in.

i've had it happened multiple times where i'm at the front of the line waiting for the green light to turn right (since my car is small & i don't feel safe turning) & someone behind me freaks out i'm not going & whips around me using the oncoming lane. no WAY they had time to check for pedestrians.
