Let's be clear: You need 2/3 of Congress and 38 state legislatures to ratify an amendment. Trump doesn't have that.

Who else would get 34 felony convictions and yet be sentenced to no fine and no jail. Nothing, not even probation.
The penalty should have been 4 years and $5000 for each count, after the first, president or not, riots or not.
