i think it's probably actually his hair colour? i think from an in-setting perspective his hair stands out a lot, with the bright flash of white against purple, and the black ears. you don't see a lot of miqo with the colour tipped tails either. hes like a lil purple tuxedo cat.

x'sena sucks at sleeping generally - insomnia and nightmares and generally being an extremely light sleeper means a proper night's rest is rare, if caught sleeping everyone will tiptoe around to make sure he actually stays asleep for a couple hours

Yumi sleeps cutely if shes not having nightmares, but her sister would be the ugly sleeper; drooling, spread out way more than a cat her size should, will probably kick you in her sleep
