She (1984) really does set the tone by having the world's most boring first 4:30 only to jump in and introduce post-apocalyptic horsemen in swastika shoulder pads out of nowhere at 4:33. Just gets weirder from there, but somehow stays kind of boring the whole time. A true work of art.
