The germs this season are strong. I got a wicked bad cold over two weeks ago (negative for flu and COVID). The disgusting mucus production has stopped for the most part, but the cough is still going strong. And my poor vocal cords haven't been the same. ☹️

If you want to know what type of Christmas movie person I am, I love The Family Stone. It's one of those movies where I kind of hated everyone when I first saw it and now I just adore it. It's full of intentionally imperfect and annoying characters and yet I still care deeply. A+ stuff.

I'm on a call about actuarial ethics. They're doing case studies and one is Star Trek themed with Scotty being an actuary.
As an elder millennial, all I can think of when I hear Scotty is "Scotty Doesn't Know" from the classic movie that is Eurotrip.

I cannot control what's happening ::gesture all around::. So I'm going to complain about my teeth instead. Invisalign ain't so bad, y'all! However, no one told me that elastics were also a thing with Invisalign. I thought that torture was just for braces alone. Elastics suck. 🤗
