I think that many do not realize that when people say they will die without the ACA, they are not exaggerating or being dramatic. I take medication daily because without it my body does not recognize when to stop bleeding. So I take medication to "trick" my uterus into thinking I am pregnant.

‘But I’m on employer health insurance not a marketplace plan or Medicaid’ my friend when providers/facilities/etc aren’t getting these reimbursements they will radically reduce services or close.

(Also why I never fit in with my home communities--I'm living the life I always wanted, and these goals are totally alien to them.)

People are struggling so hard to understand the ethical/moral issues don’t go away simply because you found a use for the thing.

I was so tickled when they were like, "This is our entire menu, but if you mean EGG SANDWICHES, you should try two stalls over." (She did, indeed, mean egg sandwiches.)
