Not sure if this is the same person that Stansbury (D-NM) is talking about, but Katie Johnson did say she was 13 years old in her complaint she made in 2016, and Johnson said the events took place at Epstein's house in New York.
"[Katie Johnson] was fully warned on more than one occasion by [Trump and Epstein], that were she ever to reveal any of the details of the sexual and physical abuse that she had suffered as a sex slave for [Trump and Epstein], that [Katie] Johnson and her family would be in mortal danger."
