And lot of caribbean,eastern african,southern african,southeast asian,east asian curries etc cuisines have had huge indian influence. Thai curries are kerala coconut curries ,same with roti dishes in se asian . India and china are massive 5000 year old civilizations that shaped the planet

South indian food has the greatest breakfast and rice dish cuisines on the planet . Curries and breads are lot more healthier wrt to use of butter ,cheese and all purpose flour. Telugus don't add potatoes in every curry like many north indians do
