Hi All, I have had technical issues sending out my weekend update on substack today. I do not know what is happening—but hope it gets fixed soon.
What I can do is edit old posts. So I have cut a pasted this weeks update and put it at the start of last weeks.

I hope people understand what we are seeing here.
1) Trump and Putin are preparing a common plan to dictate to Ukraine.
2) Ukraine will surprise them (at least Trump) by refusing.
3) The War will continue.
4) The role of Europe will be decisive.
