Whole game is genuinely such a vibe, kinda dig the "steal nazi gold and fuck em up while at it" thing it has going for it.

Schrott - a demo I somehow completely missed, while also being almost exactly what I was looking (funnily enough, found it bc of the new personal calendar thing on Steam so I guess it's working).
Racing roguelite! Hell yeah!
Not *quite* the kind of racing I'd want, but still super fun

"A typing game about Vietnam", which boils down to relatively simple loop - fly around a level while typing out Vietnamese dishes' names. Very chill and relaxing, although both controlling the bird and typing out stuff felt a bit too cumbersome.

Same thing as with Zortch - I'm surprised I somehow didn't play the first game (and I even own the damn game lol). Really liked the demo, survival horror gameplay bits are great, cool visual style also, somewhat reminiscent of Half Life 2.
(recording audio got a bit borked, idk why)

Very grimy imsim, playing as some kind of demon assassin. Took me a bit of time before figuring out how the hotbar inventory/hands system worked (video is me still confused by it), but genuinely really cool from the demo level they had.

In a most blunt way - basically "if a telltale game had async multiplayer", more specific - choices of players before you shape your play, and in turn, your play shapes the experience to the people who come after you.
Liked it a lot, curious how it will work out in the full game.

Open World heisting coop FPS.
Genuinely a game concept I *really* wanna see done by someone, and honestly, this one kinda works as a proof of concept.
It's not that good of a game overall otherwise, but damn it makes me wish for someone to do this concept *properly*.

Kinda have similar feeling towards it as with "It's time to meet god", although for different reasons.
Kinda jank, the handdrawn style of it honestly is bit all over the place, but "everything" being that way comes around to somehow feeling cohesive. I liked it.

They have a bunch of undisclosed genAI bullshit in there (fun fact - nothing you can do about it), and this one feels like a genuine asset flip. Played a single race to get a feel for it, and honestly if more effort was put in, it could've been something decent but it's just "breh"

Gonna be honest, not quite sure what I played there, but I liked it (even if I couldn't handle it for long).
A roguelike FPS, but I don't think just putting a label like that gives it justice.
Being able to flip through different visual presentations is a neat feature.

"Vehicular FPS", as in - drive in first person only, and your guns only shoot forward. Incredibly jank, big "asset flip" vibes, but also kinda endearing in a way.
Looking through dev's stuff, seems like first steam release, done solo, and just a dude trying to "break in" into gamedev.

Steam showed it in a "non-combat racing" category, so I decided "what the hell, sure".
And it is technically a race of a sort, so I'll give em this one.
You catch fish, it pulls you, you catch more fish along the way while dodging obstacles. Was really into the vibes of this one.

Genuinely a treasure, no idea how I didn't stumble upon the first game before, incredibly fun FPS.
If making comparisons, what was in the demo felt like an unholy concoction of OG Half-Life and Serious Sam, in the best possible way. Now I *really* need to play the first one.

FPS Survival horror, *very* reminiscent of RE7/8 in gameplay (backtracking with key items, pursuer-type enemy, slow and methodical combat), really liked the idea of your blood also being your ammunition for resource management, as well as the art of it in general.

Really neat top-down dungeon crawler, art reminded me a lot of a "sci-fi"-ish Enter the Gungeon, isn't a bullet hell gameplay-wise tho.
Wish I could play more of it as, for some reason, it kept crashing and having poor perf, and didn't feel like investigating what was the cause of it.

Point-to-point racing game, title speaks for itself.
A unique choice for this one is that you're *forced* to drive manual sequential w/ clutch, so there's a bit of a curve to getting a hang of the game, but tbh it just kinda didnt feel "worth it" to get the hang of it.

A take on a Hotline Miami formula, genuinely really nice, loved the artstyle, story premise seemed quite interesting so far.
"Bonus" level that was thrown at the end of the demo was 50/50, as it's a small but open map with low cover, so it is challenging, but idk if for the right reasons.

A really odd one, knew it was being made, didn't know what it was going to be, and turns out it's a 3 player PvE coop, a bit like Darktide, if comparing.
It plays well (played solo tho), it's just... kinda really grinds my gears it's not a single-player focused game?

Here's the list of everything I got, 16 games total.
