The idea is that an induction range with such features could replace other individual appliances (rice cooker, tea kettle, etc.)

Pacemaker concerns aside, something ive been holding out for is temperature probe + programmability support on induction drop-in ranges.
AEG 9000 series isnt sold in the US but supposedly offers it.
Thermador/GE also have some probe options but they're both expensive or limited.

Thanks for mentioning this. I've been passively planning out switching to induction but am leary if someone in the household ends up with a pacemaker down the road.

Its just running an MVNO business with a creative pricing scheme + marketing themed around 'digital detox'. Its not hard to start an MVNO.
It seems like an extreme/misleading take by the OP to compare it to Theranos (where something was claimed to work but didnt).
