Take 60 seconds to drop your awareness into your breath.⁣

My favorite way to recharge is to step outside, feel the earth under my bare feet, and listen to the trees talking to the breeze. It's a simple way to ground and center myself and reminds me that there is much beauty and resilience in our world.

3. 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐢𝐫: Pause and hold your breath gently for 7 seconds.⁣
4. 𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲: Release slowly through your mouth over 8 seconds.⁣
