I'm sad to share that the trans vet that took her life outside the VA last week was apparently Elisa Rae Shupe.

She's someone many of us know - she was responsible for the mass email leak that let us know how the ADF, Heritage, etc planned to enact trans eradication we see today.

RIP Elisa.
Vet found hanging draped in trans flag
The suicide letter they won't publish

Hey, elites, politicians, and those in power!
Dystopian novels are 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀, not 𝗵𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 for building the perfect state!
You’re not supposed to read "1984" or "The Handmaid's Tale" and think, “𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘴, 𝘭𝘦𝘵’𝘴 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦.” 🙃

“We're concerned about the increase in antisemitism in the country and around the world, and it makes us . . .concerned for our safety. So when violent people are pardoned, it worries us.”
President's pardons of insurrectionists stoke worries in Springfield's Jewish community
"Nothing dangerous has, thank God, happened here, but we hear about it on an almost daily basis, happening around the world,” Rabbi Greg Kanter of Temple B’rith Sholom in Springfield.

Never be afraid to write your heart out. To write your ass off. To write until your hands cramp. Because when you look back at the miles of ink behind you you might just have a masterpiece.

I used to read books about life in the Soviet Union and marvel at the ways normal folks communicated in the face of totalitarian oppression. Today I scroll through federal bureaucrats using code words and carefully placed asterisks on Reddit and I’m like, ah shit.

I have ZERO doubt they would send Jesus to Guantanamo.

They’ve never changed.

"The best and the worst thing about vaccination is that it 'makes nothing happen.'

A child successfully inoculated against measles doesn’t fall sick with that condition, doesn’t miss school, doesn’t go to the hospital. They don’t suffer life-changing complications. They don’t die prematurely."
A leading pediatrician was already worried about the future of vaccines. Then RFK Jr. came along
In a new book, pediatric infectious disease specialist Dr. Adam Ratner details the history of measles, a virus that’s often a bellwether for public health disasters.

Luigi is my favorite Mario bros character. Some people might balk at that and wring their hands, but Luigi is a hero. More people should be like Luigi. The Mario Bros character.

Nobody is paying attention to things like this because the CDC no longer communicates. The current occupant of the White House broke government. He broke the ability to keep America safe. This is spreading, and this administration plans to pretend it doesn't exist.
