Seriously! If someone can’t humanely stop a 94yo woman they need to go back to training. A blanket thrown over her, someone hold from behind, a pillow, anything, but tazer??? Now he’s sitting home watching TV? Yes I’m angry. I expect more from our boys in blue training or psyche evaluation.
