Great to speak to @BBC3CR about the Government's missed opportunities

I’m disappointed by today's Autumn Budget announcement. The government have ignored the biggest lever for economic growth: creating a better trade deal with Europe

While we wait for the Autumn Budget to be announced - families and pensioners are still struggling to get by while our local businesses are going bust across Harpenden, Berkhamsted, Tring and our villages.

Our chalk streams are vulnerable.

I've written to Affinity Water about their Water Resources Management Plan and how it affects our precious chalk streams in Harpenden, Berkhamsted, Tring and our villages

Last week, I was told that the Government has effectively ruled out extending the Equipment Theft (Prevention) Act to cover tradespeople's tools. This is simply not good enough.

Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honour the lives of transgender people lost to violence and reaffirm our commitment to building a society where everyone can live safely, openly, and with dignity.

Discussing key questions around:

👉 What should AI literacy look like in schools and higher education?

I spoke in Parliament yesterday about a farmer in Harpenden & Berkhamsted facing a £40,000 bill after a 200-tonne illegal dump on their land, and even risking prosecution if they can't clear it fast enough. At the same time, fixed term penalties for committing such a crime are pitiful in comparison.

I recently spoke to BBC Three Counties Radio about the unacceptable van thefts targeting tradespeople across Hertfordshire.

Around 65% of Harpenden and Berkhamsted constituency lies within the Green Belt, home to many rural villages whose character and setting define the area.

I’ve written to the Secretary of State with @gideonamos.bsky.social to raise concerns about how the new Grey Belt policy is being applied.

Today, I'm backing the @libdems.org.uk plan to cut energy bills by at least £90 per year 💡

People across Harpenden, Berkhamsted, Tring and our villages are facing sky-high energy bills - this Government isn't doing enough.

This morning, I raised concerns about AI chatbots in Parliament. Children are increasingly turning to chatbots for medical advice, emotional support and more - yet Ofcom regulations are unclear as to how one to one private conversations are regulated in the Online Safety Act.

Wow. It's an absolute honour to be elected as Vice President for the Liberals Democrats.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported in this campaign and to Kamran who ran a fantastic campaign.

I was honoured to attend Tring's Remembrance Ceremony this morning, joining our community at 11am to observe the two-minute silence and pay tribute to those who gave their lives for our freedom.

Today we pause to remember all who gave everything for our freedom.

It was a privilege to plant a cross in the House of Commons Gardens of Remembrance to remember those across Harpenden, Berkhamsted, Tring, and our villages who have fought and given their lives for our freedom.

Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

I’ve written to Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage urging them to condemn Donald Trump’s attack on the BBC.

The BBC belongs to Britain, not Trump. We must defend it together.

Honoured to attend Remembrance Sunday parades in Harpenden & Berkhamsted today, standing alongside veterans, serving personnel, and our community to pay tribute to those who gave their lives for our freedom.

We will remember them.

Lest we forget. 🙏🏻

It's an honour to join for Remembrance Services across Harpenden & Berkhamsted today.
