If Hamas had killed 7 Israelis inside of Israel this week, it would be one of the biggest stories in the world, & all over the US media.

But Israel killed 7 HUNDRED Palestinians this week, including almost 200 children, & yet there's little outrage from our politicians or media.

God damnit. This makes me so angry given the fight we’ve had since 2020 to protect against airborne transmission in hospitals and other congregate settings. It’s the worst “I told you so” montreal.citynews.ca/2025/03/12/q...

This may be the biggest free speech crisis in living memory. The president now bragging about detaining a lawful permanent resident and smearing him as 'pro Hamas', no outlining any specific crimes he is accused of or charged with. This is what a fascist takeover looks like.

Happy International Women's Day!

A reminder that this specific screwup has now killed ~25 million people.

A world that allows an influential, entitled, ignorant man to just shout down a smarter and more knowledgeable woman 👉can literally kill you.👈

This International Women’s Day I’m saying Merci Gisele. Her unwavering commitment to ensuring rape & abuse victims know that the shame is NOT theirs has inspired countless women to come forward & share their own stories.

Abuse, neglect & medical misogyny are serious issues we must address #IWD2025

Most of us have heard Gisele's story. It's a reminder that even men you trust can harm you. Did you know that she went to her doctors for help? A look at how medical misogyny contributed to her abuse.

It’s hard to explain the hope I had at the beginning of the pandemic. I was scared, but I also thought we were going to become a more inclusive society. We would care more about chronic illness.

Having that hope ripped away and replaced with eugenics & fascism has been incredibly painful.

COVID was an opportunity to adapt & be a more inclusive society. We could have learned about airborne spread & adopted clean air standards. Improved ventilation. Made more outdoor spaces. Normalized masking.

Instead we’ve politicized infection control & made society less safe for everyone
