Today's CPU is the Motorola 6809, released in 1978 and regarded to be one of the most powerful 8bit CPUs. It was a bit late to the scene and was pricey so didn't become as popular as the likes of the Z80 or 6502. It did find a home in machines such as the TRS-80 Coco, Fujitsu FM-7 and Dragon 32/64

Day 24 #artadventcalendar A bright orphan block quilt for a dreary day #quiltsky
Comfort quilt made of 16 brightly colored blocks, including one in the shape of a hot pink house. The corner blocks are half square triangles, making the quilt look like an octagon. Most of the blocks contain lime green fabrics, and the binding is also lime green.

Just watching an old Antiques Roadshow where a woman brought in a painting she'd bought for £250 30 years prior. It was appraised on the show for £15,000.

She said that's lovely, but I haven't finished looking at it yet.

Do I ever love that thought.

It’s not very nice today. The wind is howling and it’s wet and grey. It’s the kind of day I want to hide under a blanket so here’s my first ever completed knitting project.. A rainbow hue shift Afghan blanket I knitted during lockdown for day 7 of #ArtAdventCalendar 😊🧶🌈❤️

Loving everyone's work and the ArtAdvent idea.
Interpretation in stained glass of the Mattise cut out titled the blue nude II. Cobalt blue glass body parts on a light amber background with a clear textured glass border. All pieces surrounded and soldered together with blackened lead.
