Silverstone 10k completed and at a very respectable 1hr 30
Pace was my normal 5k pace so I'm VERY pleased with that. I was thinking I'd be at least 10 min slower.
My fastest 10k yet 😁 in the week I turn 49.
Not bad for a lass who only started couch to 5k 15 months ago.

I had to wear my tummy support bandage cos I overdid it with my abs last week and they've been grumbling since Saturday. The class were understanding with the simple supported poses I did.

Last night's life drawing class. It's tutored so it's fun to watch the exercises. I do love to watch the demo. Sometimes I'll get behind the tutor to watch the demo then realise I'm needed to pose 🤣
