Sometimes I just feel like I'm falling, like I'm sliding down a pole and every once in a while there's a platform and I know when it's coming and I'll be able to rest for a bit but then sometimes my feet barely touch it and it crumbles 1/2

Yesterday I started a 12-week writers group working through The Artist's Way. This morning, I woke up at 6 and did my first morning pages, and I feel like a light switch flipped in my brain. I'm still sad/disappointed about what's coming, but I feel more hopeful than I did.

Today I finally did it - deleted Facebook from my phone. I feel so spun out and dysregulated, and I am just tired. I also FINALLY actually deleted my X account for good by remembering my password somehow.
