Snack: the hummus trio from Bengal Barbecue is a nice way to get some veggies on the go. The black bean hummus is so unphotogenic but still tasty (and slightly spicy), I’m not totally sure what the green one was (avocado? green pea? still tasty!) and the other was red pepper. 🥕🥒🥦🍅 #vegan #obvs

Currently: Sending my last few requests for letters of recommendation for my master's program. When I submitted my app to #vetschool (the application itself was pretty daunting) I was SO relieved and hoped I would never see these squares again. Lo and behold, the CSU grad app is the exact same. 🥲
