Update on my #CoffeeBreakup: Currently on day 10. I felt great the first 2 days, but at the end of day 3 I got hit with what felt like COVID symptoms. Fever, chills, aches, fatigue that lasted about 24-36 hours, then sharply tapered off. I learned this can be an effect of caffeine withdrawal.

Update on my #CoffeeBreakup: Currently on day 10. I felt great the first 2 days, but at the end of day 3 I got hit with what felt like COVID symptoms. Fever, chills, aches, fatigue that lasted about 24-36 hours, then sharply tapered off. I learned this can be an effect of caffeine withdrawal.
