#Medicaid covers nursing home costs. The actual cost of being in a nursing home is covered by #Medicaid when a family/person cannot afford the cost and has spent down their savings. As I have written... my mom was in one for Alzheimers. Cost: $330 per day. - It was a matter of life or death.
