I cannot understand how people will go out of their way to defend ethnic cleansing and genocides in mainstream media. Also, why publish this? Correct. Check what Lisbon did with the April 25th bridge (Ponte 25 de Abril), the Golden Gate twin. There is a lower deck where Trains run through (both commuter and long range).
There were even plans to double deck the Golden Gate Bridge!
