honestly, i never got the 2 week minecraft phase
while my friends always quit after 2 weeks, I always lasted way more than that: 6 months+ at worst
was pretty lonely at times, but i got to meet most of my internet friends that way so it wasn't all that bad (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡
