Am I being overly cynical with the "Gift A Toy This Christmas" campaigns in supermarkets?
In the wake of Captain Tom et al, I immediately see that supermarkets are still making their standard profit margin on toys that get popped in your trolley on the way round the store and then go to charity.

The constitution can be amended. And huh... if that bit could be amended then so can that thing about the right to bear arms. Not sure this would quite be the way to get there though!
