Yeah, movies that were converted to 3D in post never look good. I saw Jurassic Park, one of my favorite movies of all time, in 3D and it was still pointless. Even most movies made for 3D aren't all that impressive, with a few notable exceptions like Avatar or some Zemeckis.

Jaws 2: still trying to be "classy" & it looks good, but it's boring as hell any time Scheider isn't onscreen
Jaws 3-D: brainless fun & it's got Bess Armstrong, wish it was even dumber tho
The Revenge: premise is stupid as hell, but they commit to the bit & some of the character stuff actually works

To be clear, the *sequels* get better as they go along. I'm not that insane. The original is peerless.
