I'm still mad at 90s rappers for convincing me condos were better than single family homes.
Condo values increased by 131% in 30 years, while SFRs grew 180%.
Add the fact that HOA fees on condos increased by 150%, and that's why I'm suing Nas, The Lox, & Wu-tang!!!
