I received a positive guest comment, (first one of 2025, and even mentioned my name), and my supervisor gave me this recognition certificate.
I’m glad my hard work to provide superior guest service is unnoticed by my management team. 🙂

Universal Studios Hollywood Gold and Platinum Pass Members now receive included general parking all day instead of before 6pm.
However, pass members cannot use their parking benefits on blockouts or after 6pm on Fridays to Sundays in April, May, September, and October.
