🥚 ok, so i knew *zero* about the plot of Annie the musical until reading this. Daddy Warbucks gets the FBI to search for her parents? Annie sings to FDR and inspires him to create the New Deal?? FDR shows up at the Warbucks mansion with the good news that the parents are dead???

adoption is such bullshit man. finally connected with some of my biological family and like...do i go deeper? do i try to push for more contact? will that make me feel worse or better? is there potential for conflict i'm not seeing? what if they reject me? i don't want to think about any of this!! 🥚
