I am the last person to defend ICE, but having actually read the letter it sounds like they were conducting a regular operation where they were looking for one (Spanish-speaking) person and left after being satisfield of the tribal member's ID. I understand the concern, but not sure this is helping
ICE is trying to deport Native American people to Mexico. This one from the Mescalero Apache Tribe.
That's right. People indigenous to the United States, tribal members. ICE is trying to remove them from the US.

With only 59 votes in, enough Democrats have joined Republicans in support of cloture that we can confirm the bill will become law in a form harsher than when first introduced.

I doubt Leonard Leo's SCOTUS would grant the same immunity to Biden that they granted to Trump. THEY decide. So you can blame who you like, but for me, the blame belongs with the court. No matter who indicted Trump or when, SCOTUS was not going to let Trump be prosecuted. Period. END/
