A really important piece. The times when we have opened our country to talented people from around the world are among the moments when America has been truly great. Trump is destroying that legacy and fomenting unconscionable racism.

Airdyne/ Fan Bike is great to get good cardio in the shortest period. It might kill me but god it’s quicker than anything else
and no, there is no One Weird Trick that will make me like cardio, I've tried a ton of options
it's tolerable when I'm actually playing basketball or something but the best I can get to otherwise is "ugh this is boring"
