When someone asks, "what would Jesus do?" it's important to remember that flipping tables and calling out the elites for their cruelty, hypocrisy, and tyranny is a valid answer.

I don't think MAGA realizes how bad Trump's EO is.
Too many "Christians" want to be Law of Moses Christians and not Sermon on the Mount Christians.
Please, come back to the real Christ. The one who upset the established ruling elites, religious and secular, by inviting others to live a higher law.

I don't think MAGA realizes how bad Trump's EO is.
Too many "Christians" want to be Law of Moses Christians and not Sermon on the Mount Christians.
Please, come back to the real Christ. The one who upset the established ruling elites, religious and secular, by inviting others to live a higher law.

It breaks my heart that "the scriptures are laid before thee", yet so many professed followers of Jesus Christ will not simply compare what they hear and read to what the Savior taught. Are they willfully ignorant? Too trusting? I don't know, but I do know we must encourage them to "seek this Jesus"

It's maddening. The last few days I have seen friends and family - the ones I thought actually understood scripture - fall into the exact same spiritual traps Jesus warned against. 😭😭😭

Not changing, or trying to change, in accordance with truth is a lack of intellectual integrity.
Claiming absolute truth doesn't exist at all is a sign of willful ignorance.

Moses raised a brass serpent up so that any who looked upon it would be healed if they had been bitten by the serpents scourging them. It was so easy! Look and be healed!

A heavenly community shares in & acts on the goal of taking care of each other. It is both institutional and individual efforts of love, mentorship, and service. To say otherwise would be to mock how a heavenly community is organized and ultimately God's plan of us being "of one heart and one mind".

Like many instances in scripture, the Parable of the Talents reminds us that one day we'll give an accounting of how we used our agency. We cannot deceive the Lord or use guile. He'll know the thoughts and intentions behind our choices.

Like many instances in scripture, the Parable of the Talents reminds us that one day we'll give an accounting of how we used our agency. We cannot deceive the Lord or use guile. He'll know the thoughts and intentions behind our choices.
