We've just bought the #illumina MiSeq i100 and NextSeq 1000!

Our staff are currently be trained on both of these 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

We also conduct experimental research - particularly on the impact of different environmental chemical pollutants on #AMR 💊🚜

We process our monitoring samples in a variety of ways, which include #phenotypic testing for #AMR, as well as using #molecular methods such as #qPCR and #sequencing to look for specific antimicrobial resistance genes 🦠🧬👩‍🔬🧫
