Clearly, not a trained journalist.. albeit American trained journalists are often not much better at speaking out of their depth of understanding before consulting with experts.
Good lord, that last sentence of Viser’s is so deeply contemptible and illustrative of how American journalists have lost their way entirely.

This is a disaster, and will be particularly bad after a weather disaster. People will die and there will be vast economic costs from this. It's not about saving taxpayers' money. It's about disassembling the government.

I have covered presidential politics for 40 years. This was the most juvenile display by a President and Vice President I have ever seen. Other presidents treated their enemies with more respect. This is a low point and a dark day for the US. Totally embarrassing.

The media let us down and continue to do so.. instead of treating him with kids gloves all the time all they had to do was make the fact that he's lying or fabricating stories about that which he doesn't understand and ride on his attempts to defraud, then we wouldn't be fighting an uphill battle.

They could go that far but all they need to do is point out lies and fraud.. if they hadn't treated Trump with kids gloves out of fear of his retribution.. we wouldn't now be fighting an uphill battle. Their lack of proper journalistic engagement got us into this mess and misinformation ran wild.
“journalists aren’t allowed to be activists” is too broad to be useful to anyone but management and media bosses. vast differences between the activities “setting strategic goals for a campaign” and “broadly supports democratic participation in campaigns”

Why would they care whether you sold it within a year? That can't be legally binding as it becomes your property upon sale and can do what you want. Test by trying and take them to court to collect your share of their profits when the judge rules against them. This isn't legal advice seek it before.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau should be able to help! Oh.
