Thick clouds above and forested land below create a corridor of light that is broken only by the mountains. The hues of sunset are pale, especially compared to the darkened clouds above.

Hazy low fog due to colder temps create a boundary between the mountains and the forested land in the forground. Thin cloudy layers shift from pale hues to dark grey as they approach the mountains. Glare from the sun at the left of the picture creates a similar gradient from left to right. Additionally, it caused a glare streak in the middle of the picture.

Some interesting haze over Giest rd today. This isnt the thickest it was ealier, but I feel its a better picture than the clouds encroaching on the ground.

Is it just me, or are the petioners for ranked choice voting repeal acting abnormally aggressive? Barked out loudly about signing, and then looked at me like I shot his dog when I said no. He tried to pressure some folks who said no to sign anyways. This was at airport safeway. #Fairbanks #akleg
