I actually think this (extremely compelling imo) argument applies to all genders but for AFAB people it is especially relevant atm: if your partner is an unreliable fuckwit now, how much do you trust them to get through the incoming admin, relatively unscathed, together?

No-fault divorce is a critical part of keeping people safe from getting abused or murdered by their partner. Making it as easy as possible to escape abusive spouses is not something we should walk back from an ethical standpoint
