I loved KHNH because the punchline was never homosexuality, it was Kantaben's homophobia that is shown as paranoid and close minded. This movie was a breath of fresh air that paved the way for more mainstream queer representation.
queerness on the big screen, i've seen many papers cite rohit and aman's dynamic as a "negative stereotype" of gayness, and i think it really misses the point of what the film does
