When Biden and the Dems took the WH, House and Senate in 2021 they spent a year "trying to build bipartisan consensus" with the insurrectionists, wasting a year before they even discussed their agenda. Contrast that with Trump and the GOP, jamming thru more in 4 days than dems in their 1st year.
