What needs work:
⚡ Shaping for more even crumb
⚡ Better de-gassing for uniform air pockets
Next steps:

Baked a 50/50 #sourdough (#einkorn + bread flour). Tasty, but the crumb had a mix of big and small holes—always learning!
What needs work:
⚡ Shaping for more even crumb
⚡ Better de-gassing for uniform air pockets
Next steps:
📌 Focus on shaping and longer bulk fermentation

Alright, #sourdough friends! This is my 5th attempt at making a 50/50 einkorn and all-purpose #bread. It turned out soft and very tangy—loved it! 😍
Super proud of myself! It was just a little on the softer side. Anyone have suggestions on how to make it less moist? Let me know!

Yes! But my last attempt after those two was unsuccessful. Trying again. Reactivating my starter was hard and I was unsuccessful. So I’m trying again. What kids of breads have you made?

Our yard is basically a mini fruit jungle with #plum, #orange, #lemon, and #fig #trees. Great for snacking, even better for jellies—if I don’t eat them all first! Anyone got killer recipes for these? And what kind of fruit #trees are you tending (or attempting to keep alive) in your yard?
