We decided to buy our einkorn online too. We have tried Whole Foods in the past but is hit or miss. So we decided to try small local biz that specializes in a variety of flour.

I definitely agree the flour tastes delicious 🤤 It was tangy with the hint of maple syrup , delicious I tell ya!

Thank you so much for the advice! I appreciate it. Ok just to clarify what double changing means” a more intense feeding schedule to reach its full potential” . So like feeding the starter twice a day or Doubling the flour and water in your feedings to give it a stronger boost ?
