ICE has only existed since 2003. A Bush-era creation, it is a militarized federal secret police that has been imbued with the Supreme Court with the unconstitutional power to ignore the fourth amendment.

I took the oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America quite willingly - I am willing to lay down my life to continue to support and defend it against ALL enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC. I pray the NG members currently deployed to LA remember they took it, too!
