I feel like (based on my memory of the books) it’s equally likely that this was due to purity backlash as it is the original author’s intent but I think it’s too late to make this change without an explanation and a much more thorough edit 💀

this is fascinating to me because when I read the books originally, it was soooo jarring every time their ages were mentioned because none of them read like teenagers??? I always assumed it was a marketing decision to squeeze it into the ya genre

I got really into electrolytes last year and tried so many and tbh price is irrelevant, some of the expensive ones taste awful lol (humantra is expensive but I feel you need a minimum of one litre per packet so it stretches a little further). I wish we had your selection though :(((

do you get organika down there ... i really like their pink lemonade, it tastes exactly as it should without any weird powder/chemical-y flavour (i also love humantra but its expensive if you can't find it locally so i bulk order it as a treat lol)
