Northern Lights over Northern Illinois (just south of Wisconsin). You can see the reds and pinks without a camera, but the night mode on my phone made them pop vividly and brought out the greens and yellows.

Visa and Mastercard now say you can't pay for WoW. Magic the Gathering. FFXIV. DnD. Lord of the Rings. Because they're all "adult" content against their ToS just for being "fantasy".
Let that sink in.

Woke up to quite the update on this. I had been in contact with Payment Cloud about getting their service and they waited until now to hit me with the image below. Again, stringing me along instead of being upfront. They had seen my website multiple times before this.

Magic needs to hold SOME value to be collectible and valuable to be desired by players, but it can't be SO valuable it gets in the way of them being game pieces.

Just got to go to "Magical Chrismasland" in Brawl. Heliod's Intervention for 7 (gain twice X life) with The Wind Crystal on board (gain 28 life), go to end step, Y'Shtola triggers, flicker Oji, gain 4 more life, Hope mills 32, additional end step trigger, do it all again, mill 36 more. No more deck.

First time I've been able to Bestow a Springheart Nantuko onto anything, and it's a Birds of Paradise. But the extra mana wasn't anything to scoff at, as it allowed me to drop a Primal Might onto Shroofus for 12 and then double his power with Skullspore Nexus for lethal.

Hashaton is kind of a messed up card, but I love a deck I can play Merfolk Looter. It just carried the game, enabling this nonsense (Rona didn't come down until the turn before this).

My Aetherfrift rare pool. Nothing amazing but made a Green-Red-Blue deck with a 3-or-less curve except the Gearhulk and a vehicle. 1-0 to start.

Kev Walker will (likely, hopefully) break 500 illustrations for Magic this year. he's worked on the game consistently for nearly 30 years.
it's probably not hyperbole to say that if you've played Magic at any point in the game's history, you'll have played with a card illustrated by Kev Walker.
