A new friend told me she had written a book, and I only just found out that it was almost entirely written by ChatGPT. She sees nothing wrong with this, because she "wouldn't have been able to get the words out otherwise."

One of the most damaging consequences of being emotionally starved in a relationship--any kind, whether romantic or familial--is that it teaches you to be desperate for the smallest scraps of love and validation. And worse still, to think that you don't deserve anything more.

One of the things I love most about Taylor is that she recognizes that it is sometimes even harder to admit that you are happy than that you are angry or sad.

I usually interpret I Look In People's Windows through the lens of a break-up, but I also love listening from the perspective of a relationship that just never happened. Of potential you wish you could forget.

People are often so shocked to find out how long ago You're Losing Me was written, but I think that anyone who has ever suffered through the painstaking end of a years-long relationship knows exactly how many layers of grief you need to process before you're ready to leave.
