Whatever homeless figures the gov has manipulated, remember that they don't include people like my family, split up by a lack of houses. My 19yo son, currently couch surfing, my teenage kids - currently living with their grandparents, & me - staying with a friend until I can find a home to live in
Publishing the watered down, heavily manipulated and yet absolutely shameful homelessness figures in advance of #GE2024 risks exposing our watery-like rhetoric, societally manipulative behaviour and shameful record in tackling homelessness.
