I’ve just seen my first Maria Steen spoilt the vote poster in Clonmel. I’m honestly disgusted by it. You just know she’ll claim every spoilt vote as a vote for her when spoiling can be for multiple reasons not just support for her.

The whole ff nonsense has really shown now how it’s a ridiculous idea to block council noms by parties. Parties have no constitutional position. Local gov and oireachtas do. Transplanting the whip through bodies is ridiculous.
