Reading Ew, It’s Beautiful : A False Knees Comic Collection by Joshua Barkman @falseknees from my local library. Having a chai and corn muffin with. Can confirm at least one out loud guffaw has occurred in the first 25% read so far!

I live in the forest, and when I wandered about the other day, they were just everywhere. But a lot of them were also fuzzy, before the rain really kicked in, which I have also not seen!

My husband found a Northern Flicker feather and set it near the door for me. He forgot to tell me about it and later in the day the wind blew it onto the doormat and I didn’t know how it got there until we talked about it days later.

While scrolling through this post, my son pointed out this spider friend struggling up a slippery bit of plastic wall appliance. I helped them with a chop stick, and they have now crawled up to the top edge of the window sill. Harrowing struggle for spider friend! #PNW 🕷️
